About Jim
For years, I kept seeing the same thing.
Intelligent, capable leaders repeating patterns they already understood.
Entrepreneurs building eight-figure companies and still getting pulled into the same reactions under pressure.
Financial success changing the circumstances without changing the internal pressure.
Smart people who had done the work, knew better, and still made decisions they later regretted.
The common thread wasn’t a lack of intelligence, discipline, or self-awareness.
It was the position they were operating from.
I spent more than fifteen years building businesses. By my early forties, I had been involved in more than 750 real estate transactions, owned multiple apartment communities, and built several profitable businesses.
I knew how to work. I knew how to solve problems. I knew how to produce results.

Letter from the Founder
For a long time, I thought the problem was somewhere in what I was doing.
The business. The strategy. The decision. The timing. The pattern.
I spent more than fifteen years building businesses, making decisions, changing direction, rebuilding, and trying to understand why certain parts of success seemed to become heavier the longer I sustained them.
I was good at figuring things out.
That may have been part of what made the real problem so difficult to see.
Because every time something felt off, I could find an explanation for it.
And most of those explanations made sense.
What I couldn’t see was the position I was operating from while I was making them.
