Application Required
This is not coaching.
It is not consulting.
It is not accountability.
It is direct, ongoing access to an examiner for leaders whose decisions carry real consequence.
Self-Examined creates recognition. Group stabilizes recognition in a room. Private maintains clarity when the stakes are live.
What This Is
There’s no fixed curriculum and no set number of sessions. The diagnostic is applied to the decision you’re actually facing, when you’re facing it — using the same five domains used at every level: locating the decision, then revealing the pattern, the pressure, the position, and the situation underneath it.
Some decisions don’t wait for a scheduled session. A hire that has to happen this week. A partnership that needs a real answer before the next board meeting. A pivot that’s already overdue. An examiner is available to work through the decision in front of you, in real time, rather than in retrospect once the moment has passed.
The goal isn’t to tell you what decision to make.
The goal is to remove the distortion that keeps you from seeing the decision clearly.
Because the engagement is ongoing, patterns that would otherwise surface once and get explained away can be examined across multiple decisions, multiple conditions, until the distance holds on its own.
Who This Is For
You are making decisions where the cost of distortion is measured in more than time.
You have already done the work of Self-Examined, Group, or both — or you already know, without needing to test it first, that the decisions in front of you require an examiner present at the moment they’re forming.
You are not looking for a second opinion. You are looking for someone outside the pattern who can see what you cannot while you’re inside it.
Who This Is Not For
If you are looking for someone to tell you what to decide, this is not that.
If you want a fixed program with a defined endpoint, Self-Examined or Group are the right fit.
If the stakes in front of you don’t yet call for an examiner at the moment a decision is forming, begin elsewhere.
Application
Enrollment is by application.
The process begins with a short written submission describing a live decision currently forming.
It is followed by a direct conversation to assess structural fit.
In that conversation, the decision is examined. Not to solve it. To determine whether this is the right level of engagement.
If it is not, that will be said directly.
